The hotel is in a great location in Richmond and well maintained externally. Service in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was attentive and friendly.
The parquet floor in the restaurant was incredibly dirty and desperately in need of sanding down and revarnished. It's a shame as it spoils the otherwise good decor.

Hotel was conveniently located to walk to Richmond Park or in to Richmond town, the spa was very good and the room very comfortable
Corridors to the rooms still had cleaning equipment and used bed linen left out after 4pm when we checked in and was still there the next day! It's a shame as this is a lovely hotel with a lot going for it, but let down by poor housekeeping.
