The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate well in the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the Zurzach Thermal Baths, you can walk down to the next block in flip-flops if you want.
Prices are at normal Swiss level. I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel because it is a big block and not particularly individual, but it was comfortable and we were happy there.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, very clean, free parking right in front of the hotel
