Superb
Amazing location, perfect for Eftling theme park and visiting the North Brabant region.
Stairs very steep, difficult for mobility impaired. One bedroom on the ground floor which helps for those who would struggle with the stairs Bathroom is super small, but manageable. One of the bedrooms doesn't have a window, if you keep the door open (it was 21 degrees during the day on our visit, and the room was like a sauna in the evening) you have an illuminated fire exit sign glowing in your face all night along thats above the cottage entrance door, with the downstairs windows and half glass door not having any blinds, be prepared to be awake at Sun up, or get very hot if you close the bedroom door. Maybe pack a fan in your luggage.

The location is great, very close to Efteling, lot of supermarkets and shopping nearby, close to Tilburg forest parks. Smart tv with Netflix, well equipped kitchen.
A very strong smell of cigaretts all around the facility, there is no option to ventilize because all the windows are unopenable! One of the bedrooms doesn't have a window at all, another one has only one small roof window. Clean, but smelly linen (from cigaretts). Very very small bathroom. Small for 6, max 4, despite 3 bedrooms. Dirt and dust all over the facility, we've got the feeling like no one is cleaning between guests. Also poorly maintained.
