Prima locatie voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Functioneel ingerichte appartementen met heerlijke tuin ernaast. Aardige mensen, ongedwongen sfeer.
Tip: keukeninventaris vernieuwen.

Rustig in de omgeving (ondanks nabijheid van industrieterrein) handige fietsafstand tot hartje Rotterdam. Weinig gehorig (ook met meerdere buren). Vriendelijke hosts.
De voorzieningen vielen nogal tegen. Van de hele lijst die aanwezig zou moeten zijn, bleef maar weinig over. Ook erg weinig keukengerei: er was niet eens een kurketrekker/flesseopener. In de waterkoker zat een dusdanig raar luchtje dat de thee/koffie vreemd smaakte, daarom maar een van de schaarse pannen gebruikt om water te koken. Schaarste was wel een kernbegrip: slechts twee aftandse borden (afgesleten glazuur), geen kom voor sla, geen vergiet; ook geen föhn (om maar wat te noemen).
