Eine sehr gute Lage für einen Rotterdam Besuch, zu empfehlen mit dem Wasserbus. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge, z. B. Zeeland, Amsterdam, Harlem und auch sehr gute Autobahnanbindung nach Antwerpen und Gent. Zur Versorgung ist der Nettorama Supermarkt hervorragend geeignet. Die Wohnung ist hübsch und der kleine Garten für Frühstück gut geeignet.
Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig und sollte beim Geschirr etwas ergänzt werden

Rustig in de omgeving (ondanks nabijheid van industrieterrein) handige fietsafstand tot hartje Rotterdam. Weinig gehorig (ook met meerdere buren). Vriendelijke hosts.
De voorzieningen vielen nogal tegen. Van de hele lijst die aanwezig zou moeten zijn, bleef maar weinig over. Ook erg weinig keukengerei: er was niet eens een kurketrekker/flesseopener. In de waterkoker zat een dusdanig raar luchtje dat de thee/koffie vreemd smaakte, daarom maar een van de schaarse pannen gebruikt om water te koken. Schaarste was wel een kernbegrip: slechts twee aftandse borden (afgesleten glazuur), geen kom voor sla, geen vergiet; ook geen föhn (om maar wat te noemen).
