The ambience, the aroma and the professionalism of staff. The internal public areas were spacious, yet warm and inviting. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well appointed and had all the modern conveniences. Each meal was perfectly presented, fresh and tasty.
No area for taxi's to properly pick up or drop off patrons out the front. Plain still water instead of mineral water would have been preferred as bottled option, but this is not a complaint, merely a preference.

The bathroom is a death trap. Nice and shiny but very slippery floors with no grab rails. Don't get me started on the toilet! What fool could design a bowl like that. I had to buy a toilet brush as there was none in the unit. This is not a management issue but a design problem, inherited by management. But apart from the design issues (which are major), I found the place excellent.
