Exceptional meals as well as very delicious cocktails. Very quiet setting away from the hustle and bustle. The way service used to be everywhere.

I hadn’t stayed at the Royce before. It was fabulous. The staff were so professional and fun. The parking was great. The rooms were beautiful. Such a stylish hotel.
I can’t wait to return.

The bathroom is a death trap. Nice and shiny but very slippery floors with no grab rails.
Don't get me started on the toilet! What fool could design a bowl like that. I had to buy a toilet brush as there was none in the unit. This is not a management issue but a design problem, inherited by management.
But apart from the design issues (which are major), I found the place excellent.
