Was close to everything
On arrival we were given the wrong room & then found out the receptionist had given our room to the wrong person. We informed the same receptionist that we had cigarette smoke coming into our room from one of the adjoining balcony's, even though we had a door closed, her response was open the door let the smell out & there's not much she can do about it, So my husband & l got to smell cigarette smoke off & on throughout our 2 day visit which made us feel sick. The views on the website definitely wasn't what we received which was upsetting considering it was my birthday weekend away which we drove over 3hrs for.
