    I have feedback to the reception that the carpet near the bed has very sharp edges. The black lining corners torn a piece of skin right off my heel and it was bleeding pretty badly. Apart from that, the facilities in the room are impressive and there are laundry/dryer available in the building. Room was clean and toiletries were well stocked.

    I loved my stay at SoYa on Davis. The staff were so kind and helpful in every way. And I love the apartment building - it has lots of character. Davis Street has lots of beautiful trees on it so it feels like a secluded little sanctuary. I'm looking forward to staying there again :)

    I can deal with old, it is but not dust dirt and pet hair. Staff friendly and accommodating with a room configuration issue. Comfortable beds
