I’ve stayed here four times this year, and each room has been fantastic. I love the proximity to trains and trams, as well as the shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. Front desk staff are excellent.

I had read some nightmare reviews of this place and was half expecting to see mushrooms on the walls, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the room tidy and spacious. I didn't get much of a chance to use the oven/stove, but the kitchen was well appointed. The aircon fan made some odd noises, and some of the walls could use a bit of fresh paint (general scuff marks), but the space was comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Not fancy but very reasonably priced in a great location for a night out in Chapel St. Most importantly the bed was really comfortable!
