    still good but deteriorating, needs to identify decline before it gets unstayable , we had an untreated leak in our room leaving a patch of carpet that was soaked

    I’ve never experienced such rude front desk staff in all my years of travelling. Dealing with 3 different individuals on separate occasions . All displayed arrogance and even the level of communication was poor .
