The location was excellent with a great coffee shop behind the building and a posh restaurant in the building

The whole floor on level 9 needed a good vacuum . We had stressful trouble trying to understand the reception person on the phone. The signage at the back of the building and at night was not there. We could not work out how to get to the parking or where the entrance was for the car. And on 3 occasions we had to come back to reception to get our cards re programmed. Once being locked out after midnight.

Very comfortable apartment. Has everything you need. Staff were very friendly and professional. Parking at rear of building was convenient and very reasonably priced for a weekend stay.

Location was good. The balcony is a good addition and the small kitchenette with large size fridge and sink is great.

Hard to find a carpark on Arthrur st as it is very busy. The frosted glass for the bathroom and gaps in door is not the best for privacy when going to the bathroom/shower. Also the proximity of the bathroom to the bed is too close. No ventilation or exhaust fan in bathroom. Curtains/drapes were a bit grotty/dirty. Toilet seat is stained/yellowed and could be changed and bathroom sink has seen better days. The telephone shower head leaks from the base. No phone for contacting reception in room. Only a phone in the hallway. Not sure how it is 5 star. Staff were pleasant but could be more engaging and ask about how our stay was etc.
