Great location, good breakfast options. They also let us borrow an umbrella for the rain!
We had a number of issues our room. The aircon/heat system was faulty, we told the reception team multiple times but no-one did anything. Eventually we couldn’t sleep as it was too hot and had to ring reception 8 times before they did anything (it was centrally controlled), then they still didn’t turn on the aircon like we asked so we rang again at 3am. Also to get hot water from the sink tap we had to run the shower first to get the water hot. We also were made to feel like we were being awkward when all we wanted was a cool room to sleep in and to easily get hot water.
