Perfect location for exploring the city, whether for sightseeing or dining.
The staff are all very friendly and professional, and very comfortable place to stay.
The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and serves delicious food.
The shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom are placed out of easy reach, which is inconvenient.

Location
The lady at the front desk created a bit of confusion on charging for complimentary water on requesting for a water bottle in our room. However, it was taken clarified by the subsequent staff at the front desk.

This hotel was pure luxury located in an extremely convenient position. It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
When ordering poached eggs for breakfast, it took an extremely long time to come out after having to ask several times if they were forgotten

Location
Noisy aircon woke me up several times by clicking and buzzing, long waiting at desk both check in and out. Extra 50 eur held at check in.
