Aparte del ruido, que era algo que ya había leído. La calle y los alrededores están plagados de amegos, jovenlandeses y maleantes que trapichean con todo!!! (Coca, Maruja, pastillas azules...), no parecen navajeros ni carteristas pero dan ese toque de inseguridad. El apartamento es céntrico que es lo que más destaco. El personal de la barra y limpieza son lo más antipático y crudo que ha parido la madre tierra. Se hace raro entrar desde un pub con conciertos en directo. Considero que la propiedad debe dejar más claro el método de acceso y la recogida de llaves. En conclusión: No es mal apartamento como infraestructura, pero tiene esa envolvente extraña que hace que no lo recomiende
