Centrally located hotel with olde-world charm. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well placed to access many local bars and restaurants. It is also close to supermarket and a laundry.
My room was at the front of the hotel, and seemed that the road out the front seemed to be a place late night revellers decided to have extended chats in the early hours of the morning. My tip if staying over a weekend, I would ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is centrally located so very convenient for both business and leisure, and the hotel itself is very classy. My bedroom had a little balcony overlooking the street, which was lovely during the day, but loud in the evenings! Overall, very happy, and I recommend it to fellow visitors to Porto!
They could make it accessible for people living with disabilities, and have shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners in the shower via dispensers but this is minor. Bedrooms facing the street are loud in the evenings.

Location was very good. Size of rooms and quality of sleep. Good shower.
Two things. The breakfast was very, very bland. I go to two or three hotels each month and can say this was the poorest breakfast I have had this year.
Also, housekeeping is very slow: rooms might only be ‘turned’ around 6pm, which is a long wait for fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. it made it difficult to relax when the staff needed constant reminders. They outsource cleaning, so don’t accept responsibility for this - which is bizarre.
