The hotel is in a fantastic location directly opposite the Bolhao Market. Our room was a good size with everything we needed and the lounge was a beautiful bonus to be able to relax
In after a days sightseeing.
However it is the staff here who really are the stars. From organising our late check in and transfer from the airport, to leaving us port and homemade cake on our arrival, to offering advice on what to see and where to eat, Cesar in particular was so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel so welcome that we have already recommended this hotel to friends who are wanting to visit this beautiful city.
The lack of a lift - however we requested a room on the lower floors because of this which we were given. Saying that, the hotel is very transparent about this so you are forewarned.
