A good choice in Zwieselstein, but a few minor improvements could make it a great choice.

The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent, both in service and in quality of the evening meal. The location is good, easily accessible but not super busy. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

I found the location to be quite noisy with traffic, especially annoyingly loud motorcycles, despite requesting a quiet room away from the main road. Breakfast was good, but would have been better with a few more hot options. An extra pillow would have been appreciated, but was not available. And someone please explain to me the wisdom of having a corner shower with no door that is open to the bathroom - it takes longer to mop up the mess with towels afterwards than it does to take a shower in the first place.

Very pleasant stay

The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was okay, would be nice to have a coffee-machine for better coffee. Because we also loved to go skiing in Gurgl the location was excellent.

There was one person in the lobby that was a bit irritated and a bit hostile. Parking was sometimes a problem, not enough parking spots.

Fijne locatie met goede connectie skibus (5 min rijden)

De gratis ski bus. Schone kamer, toilet apart van de badkamer.

We hadden een kamer geboekt met bad, uiteindelijk hebben we een kamer gekregen zonder bad. Omdat het hotel overboekt was en wij via booking.com hebben geboekt zeiden ze dat ze dat niet goed door hadden gekregen. We kregen niks ter compensatie, het enige wat de eigenaar zei is ‘jullie mogen zelf kiezen of je hier verblijft of weg gaat’. Niet erg vriendelijk.

Mitten in Kufstein unter der Festung, historisch wertvoll und eine eigene GinBar. Mit tollem Boutique-Style in jedem Bereich.

Hundefreundliche, herzliche Unterkunft für einen Wanderurlaub im Ötztal

Die Inhaber des Hotels waren sehr familiär, freundlich und offen für unseren Hund. Sowohl das Frühstück mit genügend Auswahl, als auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und immer sauber. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekte Lage zum Skifahren

Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage zu den Skigebieten. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Saubere Zimmer, ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett und eine gute Küche am Abend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Zimmer, Essen, Lage, Personal - alles wunderbar

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, guten Betten, toller Lage, schönen Zimmern. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der Speisesaal und das ganze Erdgeschoss sind designmäßig völlig wild zusammengewürfelt und brauchen dringend ein Design Update. Die Zimmer dagegen sind gut gestaltet. Allerdings ist das Lichtkonzept überall nicht gut - mehr warmes und indirektes Licht würden dem Hotel sehr gut tun. Aber das tut insgesamt dem sehr positiven Eindruck keinen Abbruch. Besonders die Küche ist phänomenal gut!
