Everything. We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Jasná. Everything was perfect, and the Easter activities for kids were a highlight. A wonderful family-friendly experience — we would happily return!

Excellent location and service, the staff is friendly and helpful. Good quality food for breakfast and dinner, lunch opportunity is also great. The wellness is big, and has different saunas.
Wellness should have more jacuzzis, the two operating ones are always occupied. The Gopass website says the resort can help with any Gopass questions, such as printing a new one if you lost it, I think it would help a lot of people if they could do all the task, the Gopass centers can, not just upload your ticket.

Location is amazing. Room was quiet nice.
BUT:) It is not at all 5 star hotel. By the feeling and what I saw and experienced it is 2 star hotel. Very loud, you can hear everything in your room. Interior and design looks like in soviet times. Super strong smell of chlorine , I even didn’t had braveness to try spa:) Breakfast tasteless. Photos will tell a lot. On the way to ski room you feel like in horror movies
