Lifestyle Hotel Mátra

I was really amazed by the interior it really met my style what I like. The colors, furniture etc... The wellness was absolutely great and offered a wide choice of options. Having breakfast with a breathtaking view of Matra... I think I do not have to write more about it... Basically the whole staying was absolutely wonderful. Many thanks for the whole staff, because we always meet some nice words or just a smile what I think represents that really good people working there. The management of the hotel can be proud from the cleaners, kitchen workers to the waitresses,bartenders. Be aware that not always the shiny things but the hospitality will power the guests to visit again you. And you are on a good way! Many thanks for everything.

The staff was polite and answered all questions. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The sweden massage in wellness area was very good. The pool area is not big and there is no indoor swimming pool. The outdoor pool is not available during the cold seasons. Most saunas are not hot enough around 50-60 c and all are dry ones.

Most staff does not smile while talking. Very serious faces. I asked them to smile and they did. The food was good and various types, but the only trained restaurant person was Amadeo who always was there for us and was kind to all guests. The pools have no light inside the water, and the stone is dark blue, the first day I started swimming and unfortunately hit my toe into an unvisible stone step and broke my toe.

Very nice place, really good food, comfortable a big spa. Nice and clean room!

Unfortunately AC is not working properly, it was almost sauna in our rooms, at night it was a nightmare...and it was not the hotest days during our stay. In spa it could be cleaner, a lot dead insect and spider nets under the windows and sunbed.
