    Honestly loved every part of this beautiful hotel, it is near some of the attractions and the hotel thoughtfully provided some free tram/metro tickets for our use, warmly welcomed with a drink. Rooms were big, clean and beautiful with amenities like water, penhaligons shower gels and toothbrushes - wished we could stay here for longer!

    By far one of the best hotel experiences, and at their price point, it competes with 5 star hotels despite a fraction of the cost. - Front desk staff are fantastic - Room and facilities are amazing

    It’s nice, it’s in a convenient spot, but it’s starting to show signs of neglect. The breakfast selection is ordinary and does not change from day to day. Nespresso machines are frequently out of order. Staff are more interested in chatting with each other than anticipating guests’ needs. Cleanliness of hallways doesn’t appear to be a priority. There is no pool. A much higher standard might be expected based on the price paid.
