    The designer and the builder have done a very good job. The investor and the manager, too. The materials used in the furnishings are of very high quality and definitely expensive. The bed is unique, and the rest is complete. This is a hotel that I find difficult and unwilling to leave and I look forward to visiting again.

    Well located. Helpful friendly staff who like their jobs. First class breakfast with custom made omelets and oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries in season. Over 6 days met all these staff members who were fantastic helping with reservations and directions and special foods.     Recently opened next to several universities with lots of positive energy just outside the entry but very quiet inside. Staff super helpful for suggestions and all types of questions. Breakfast excellent. Service level and attention to detail excellent. Good value at this price point. Gym equipment excellent. Nice bar. Best hotel of my 6 week trip around the Baltics and Slavic countries.

    It’s nice, it’s in a convenient spot, but it’s starting to show signs of neglect. The breakfast selection is ordinary and does not change from day to day. Nespresso machines are frequently out of order. Staff are more interested in chatting with each other than anticipating guests’ needs. Cleanliness of hallways doesn’t appear to be a priority. There is no pool. A much higher standard might be expected based on the price paid.
