Enjoying Lago di Garda views and exploring the east coast.

One of the most amazing views we had from a hotel terrace. Beautiful exterior with lots of plants. Location right in front of the lake. Visiting either Sirmione or Limone is about 1 hour drive, Riva slightly less. There are several small towns in 5-10 minutes drive range, with plenty of restaurants. There's also a beach bar / restaurant in 5 minutes walking distance. There's a shared washing machine for €5 (coin operated). Sound proofing was good / no road noise heard at night. All equipment in the room worked.

In our room, the bed was not particularly comfortable, but we also had a couch so we moved there. This one was comfortable for us. Another thing that wasn't a problem for us, but can be for others: there are pretty steep stairs to climb to get to the rooms. There was no elevator to get up to the room, but it was possible to drive the car uphill to our room to load/unload.

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

Amazing views, the balcony of our apparment was the best! Super friendly stuff, that helps you find your room when you arrive. The whole facility around the Hotel/apparments was very neat and taken good care of. Swimming pool also had a beautiful view, was very clean and just refreshing!

It‘s outdated - but that is something you can see already in the Photos that are shown here. But the room was very clean. Small kitchenette (as also shown in the photos), so bring your own spices, towles etc. from home if you plan on using it.

Good

The pool area was really nice, clean and with a lot of space for relaxing. The pictures of the room is what you are getting, so no surprise in it being a bit old. The balcony and the view from it was just perfect.

In the room we had a few, small ants on the floor of both the bathroom and the tiles in the “Living area”. We discovered them the night of our arrival and went to the reception the morning after. They had some really affective spray, which we got, but it smelled really chemically. (We tested it on the balcony). When asking if they had anything else, because we weren't comfortable using it in the room we were sleeping (studio apartment), they said no and said we just had to kill them with water and soap. It just made the room feel a bit “not clean”.

The location is amazing so close to lake and some very cute small towns, we loved it here.

Was a bit challenging to get too if you don’t have a car but just take the train and the bus is so easy! We do wish dogs were allowed near the pool but understand why they aren’t

We enjoyed our stay very much, peaceful place, magnificent view, helpful staff, very clean.

Exceptional, breath-taking view. Good swimming pool with a magnificent view. Few marks down for the location as the nearest shops & restaurants are 2 KM away. However, the hotel offered us free bikes.

The shower was very small. The shops were away. Poor bus service for accessibility to the hotel.

Apartments on the 2nd floor have no Terrasse privacy/separation, the neighbors can look directly into your Terrasse. Could be improved. Otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Lake and pool - excellent combination for holidays with kids

We loved it, especially the kids. They were swimming in the pool and then playing in the lake, going back and forth as many times they like. The view from the small apartments is absolutrly beautiful, you wake up with the lake. The location is good also for exploring the area by car or on foot. You have a walking path around the lake for few kilometers and a hiking trail above the hotel. The bed and sofa are both comfortable, the staff is very friendly. Facilities in the apartment are basic but sufficient and the air conditioning is certainly an added value.

The internet is quite slow but this seems to be a general problem in Italy. The shops and restaurants are a bit far for walking with tired kids after full day swimming.

Wonderful times at a budget hotel.

The hotel faces the lake, you only need to cross the road to be on the shore. The view is spectacular. We had a 4 person apartment, which is exactly a big studio with some wood shield that gave the impression there was a separate bedroom for 2. The room was basic, but clean. Worth the money. It also has a kitchenette which is useful. The big terrace with table and 4 chairs was really very nice, and room had lake view. The pool is also very nice, and it has lake view. Also the hotel has a very nice garden on the hill. Hotel is like a complex with different buildings split on the hill. There are some buses that link Verona to Malcesine , and the station is right near the hotel.

Apart from the lake and other hotels, there wasn't anything close. Supermarket is 2 km away. Marina for boat trips is also not at a walk-able distance, but as mentioned above there is a bus every 10-15 min that has its station very near to the hotel. Hotel does not have a tunnel to cross the road to the lake, which sometimes becomes difficult when it is heavy traffic.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Lage, direkt oberhalb vom See war toll. Es gibt einen Steg zum baden, der gut erreichbar ist. Der Blick vom Appartmentn und vom POOL war toll.

Die Straße, die unten vorbeiführt, die Gardesana, war schon laut., für Die Kaffee- und Espressomaschine waren ok für eine Person, sonst zu klein. Die Ausstattung der Küchengeräte ist minimal, für mich hat es gerericht. Es gibt nur 2 Herdplatten.

Nádherná lokalita,mnoho sportovniho i turistického vyžití.Krásně čistý bazén, i apartmán.Půjčeni kol přímo na recepci.Jezero hned za cestou.. Krásně strávený týden, určitě se ještě vrátíme.

Vi havde udfordringer med strømmen, hvor sikringerne sprang, men efter det blev nævnt for dem, blev det bragt i orden med det samme.

Laut der Beschreibung von Booking.com sind wir voller Erwartung erneut angereist u. wurden etäuscht.

Die Lage des Appartement ist sehr schön. Sehr gute Terrasse, mit Blick auf den Gardasee.

Wir sind wiederholt dort gewesen und mussten mit Bedauern feststellen, dass der Preis um 15% erhöht wurde, aber es keine Modernisierung der maroden Ausstattung gab. Matratzen durchgelegen, Töpfe teilweise beschädigt, Reparaturen nicht fachgerecht ausgeführt. Keine Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle auf der Terrasse. Café nicht vorhanden, sondern ein Kühlschrank, wo man gekühlte Getränke erwerben kann.

War insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

In dieser Unterkunft war ich bereits zum 2. Mal. Alles soweit gut, allerdings ist die Auffahrt hierzu fast "kriminell steil". Hilfreich hier wäre evtl. eine Ampel für die Auf- und Abfahrt sowie ein Spiegel bei der Ausfahrt

Einfache, aber saubere Ausstattung. Super Lage und toller Blick.

Der Pool ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und erfrischend mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Gardasee. Liegen sind genügend vorhanden. Dias Appartement war mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet. Auf dem großen zugehörigen Balkon konnte man den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und auch die Straße i(wie üblich in Hanglage) laut. Die Einrichtung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles Notwendige war vorhanden.

Un petit coin de tranquillité dans un décor de rêve ! Je recommande😉

L'emplacement est idéal à mi-parcours entre le sud et le nord du lac. La vue est vraiment magnifique même avec une météo moyenne et la piscine, un vrai plus. Un cadre vraiment agréable à l'écart de l'agitation : idéal pour les vacances !

La décoration est peut-être un peu vieillotte mais je souligne la propreté des locaux, essentiel à mon goût.

Vi var vilde med udsigten, bjergene, søbadning og det hyggeligt område.

Beliggenhed ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vi (2 voksne og 2 teenagere) boede i en af de øverste lejligheder, og mærkede ikke noget til støj fra vejen. Lejligheden var fint indrettet med balkon, soveværelser og badeværelse på 1. sal og køkken, toilet, stue og lille terrasse i stueplan. Udsigten var enestående, både fra lejligheden og poolområdet. 5 min. og vi var ved den (meget) lille sten strand/badebro med fantastisk badevand, god temperatur. Udsigten herfra ligeledes helt utrolig smuk. Roligt område, perfekt til afslapning og familiehygge. En sti langs vandet oplagt til gå/løbeture. Den lille by i nærheden (3 km) med lille købmand, havn, restauranter og isbutik var charmerende.

Der manglende efter vores smag afskærmning på balkon og terrasse, vi savnede lidt privatliv. Vi kunne opfordre til at sætte et tydeligt skilt op for at minde gæsterne om at tage en tur under bruseren inden de benytter poolen, idet kun få huskede dette. Muligheden for at købe is/snacks/drikkevarer enten i receptionen eller ved poolen ville være et stort plus.

Es ist laut wegen der straße , der Pool wurde nicht gereinigt, es wird ein Fahrradverleih angeboten sind aber keine Räder da. Mann braucht quasi immer das Auto, die Unterkunft ist ziemlich außerhalb, um an den Zimmern zu kommen mussman steil den hang hoch

De inrichting was voor een appartement veel te sober, meubilair niet comfortabel, ruimte te donker, niet geschikt om zelf te koken. De weg op het eigen terrein omhoog naar het appartement was bloedstollend steil en onoverzichtelijk en potentieel zeer gevaarlijk. De uitrit naar de (zeer drukke) openbare weg is zeer onoverzichtelijk, het terrein verlaten was daarom soms meer een gok dan een verstandige keuze.

We hebben een relaxte vakantie gehad daar.

Zeer ruim en schoon appartement, mooi balkon met zicht op het Gardameer.

Iedere keer de vele trappen op te moeten lopen om bij het appartement te komen. Parkeerplaats was ‘beneden’ op straatniveau. Je zit niet op loopafstand van een dorpje voor winkel, wat eten etc.
