The location of hotel is excellent having in mind that is situated beside the river Timok near the center of the city. Staff of the hotel were so friendly and politely. The WiFi was great.
The hotel requires renovation.

location is perfect! parking is free and conveniently right in front of the hotel entrance. staff is extremely friendly. overall really satisfied
Needs renovation. I was scared to use the elevator- so noisy you could hear it from the room. when you enter in the elevator the floor drops a little and makes terrible noise.

The staff is very friendly and helpful so that was great. The bed sheet and towels were clean which made the stay bearable. The breakfast was ok.
It wasn’t as clean as I read in other reviews. And it’s not just because it’s an old hotel. Spiderwebs through the entire hotel so old they were full of dust, at least where we went, the window sills were dirty, the toilet was stained, marks all over the walls, a light fixture was missing and the first thing we noticed was that someone tried to punch a hole through the door.
