Comfortable and warm.
No restaurant facilities per se. Breakfast was delivered cold to the room in the morning. Water in bathroom not drinkable and no bottled water provided

From outside it looks like from horror movie but inside it looks amazing for the money a payed. Extremely clean, nice and warm rooms, amazing fresh breakfast and very helpful staff.
The parking was full with ice, we was having a lot of difficulty to get in and out the parking. The reception and the lobby was so cold that I had the impression that I am in the castle of the ice queen. The lifts las also very cold like you are traveling outside the building.

Poor customer service, central location, great car park!
The front desk staff were friendly but the women in the breakfast room were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I accidentally spilled some coffee on an uneven surface and they literally gave me death stares. I apologised multiple times but they just glared at me as if I’d insulted their family! It was really weird and just awful customer service. You expect people who work int he hospitality industry to be - hospitable… but they couldn’t have been further from it!
