E aproape de vama

Cand am ajuns la receptie, am fost avertizata ca, camera care am rezervat-o si deja o platisem, e la etajul ultimul si ca acolo e foarte cald si ca daca doresc la un etaj mai jos trebuie sa mai platesc 50 lei. Nu mi sa parut ca trebuia sa platesc eu pentru problemele lor. Eu am cumparat un anumit tip de camera, fara sa fie specificat ca acel tip de camera are acest dezavantaj, deci nu inteleg de ce ar trebui sa platesc mai mult ca sa beneficiez de racoare pe palier. Mi sa parut total neprofesionist.
