With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 6 guests, this elegant coastal retreat is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Port Aransas.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The open-concept living area features marble floors, stylish coastal furnishings, beautiful artwork, and expansive windows that frame spectacular Gulf views. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind in the evening with panoramic views stretching from the Gulf to the Palmilla Golf Course.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area offers a comfortable place to gather with family and friends. Entertainment features include 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs, a Blu-ray player, sound bar, and CD player. A full-size washer and dryer provide the convenience of home.

Whether you`re relaxing on the beach, enjoying the resort amenities, or simply taking in the incredible views from your private balcony, Aransas Princess #709 offers the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and unforgettable coastal scenery.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

We decided to have a quick getaway and the Princesses was amazing. We had the best view of the ocean and our Condo was very nice a spacious. We will be back

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. The locks on the doors were terrible and the oven needs to be replaced. The guest bathroom toilet was hard to use because of the tight space. I would recomemend the property but not this particular condo.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Aransas Princess. The beds were comfortable & the towels were soft & fluffy. We cooked and had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. The cheerful yellow fiesta ware dishes were a nice touch. The only wish we had was a tea kettle for boiling water for French press coffee & tea. The huge tv was amazing for watching movies! All in all it was a lovely place to stay.

My wife and I really loved this unit and property. The property management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our unit was very cozy and clean with a beautiful view of the beach. We even had a reserved parking space in the lower garage area that kept our car cool. What an absolutely perfect place! We will be back soon!
