We had the best time! The condo was absolutely perfect! It fit all of our needs! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom… The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and utensils! The balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was perfect! The noise in the pool at night was quieted by security at 10 o’clock, which was perfect! The property is kept very clean and everyone who worked there was so nice and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

The listing of the property was on target. The condo owner left a great resource book for the area and even offered a candy bowl which the grandkids loved! The complex is very convenient to access the beach using the gated board walk (very safe). Two great pools, however no shade in either area. Connecting with the property representative for needs was not as quick or easy as it would have been had we rented directly from the condo complex rather than using VRBO. The first night we used beach towels on a twin pullout after several attempts to obtain sheets was unsuccessful. Also needed more toilet paper (3baths) but only the original roll (which was not a whole roll) was all that was provided. Same issue with paper towels. An extra roll left in each bathroom would have eliminated the need to call/text/email trying to get another roll. I was told to email for needs which I did, but then told to call or text because that would be easier. I talked to the person who told me she would call housekeeping and have sheets delivered but had to contact again the next day to finally get sheets. Overall the condo was great for our needs and we enjoyed our stay. I just think next time I will rent directly thru the complex.

Pool was not heated which disappointed my grandson.Ice Maker has a bad switch and does not shut off unless you pull on the handle.Website description says there is a coffee grinder but does not mention a drip coffee maker. Because of that, I brought my own coffee maker just in case.Sandfest had the beach blocked off. So the private walkway to the beach was worthless.Otherwise all good.
