Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
Recently remodeled with stylish coastal finishes, this bright and welcoming condo features an open-concept living area where you can relax while enjoying beautiful Gulf views. Step onto the private balcony to take in the fresh sea breeze, watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico, or simply unwind after a day at the beach.
The updated kitchen features granite countertops, dark cabinetry, a smooth cooktop, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer provide the convenience of home.

Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
Please Note: Aransas Princess offers on-site management and a 24-hour front desk to assist guests throughout their stay.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was great! We’ve stayed at Aransas Princess since 2022 and had a great time. So glad to see the boardwalk completion to date and open up!! Condo very nicely decorated and very comfortable. I strained my leg during visit so spent more time In Cindi than planned but it was simply comforting and enjoyed the wonderful view from balcony.

The unit was so clean and well stocked. The view was fabulous! The location is perfect and close into town. Enjoyed our stay and will return!!! Thank you!

Unit 602 was a beautifully updated condo with comfortable furniture, and tasteful decorations. We have stayed at this complex three times and the view from this unit was the best! Port A is an amazing place and this complex is in a great location. Note: Our reservation was directly through the Aransas Princess management company which was great. A little concerned about using the new management company, Silver Sands, due to some of the excessive reservation penalties that have been added. May be our last stay at this property.
