Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, a seasonally heated hot tub, tennis courts, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The open living area features comfortable seating and expansive windows that frame breathtaking Gulf views. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water or unwind in the evening with the soothing sound of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area provides plenty of space for gathering together. A full-size washer and dryer add the convenience of home.

Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys may incur a fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. It was well stocked all the essentials in the bathrooms and kitchen. The bath towels were soft and fluffy. The cable allowed us to watch our bowl games from the comfort of the living room instead of having to find a sports bar playing our games.Check-in was a breeze - just walk in to the front desk with your ID and they will hand you your keys. Lots of luggage carts to get your things to your condo. Plenty of parking, including a spot in the garage.All that and a million dollar view of the amazing Port A sunrises!

This spot was great for a quick get away with my family. Place was just as described with plenty of space for us. Not too crowded even though it was a holiday and I loved the view and the direct access to the beach.
