Sunshine Villa is located 3 blocks from the beach and has a wonderful deck on the 2nd floor facing a pond that backs up to the complex.
This townhome is decorated with a coastal theme in vibrant colors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, basic cookware, pots, pans, and utensils for preparing meals.
Dine at the large table with seating for six and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Gather in the downstairs living room on the sectional and matching armchair while watching a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and WIFI.
The bottom floor master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a Queen bed, closet, nightstands, chest, and TV. The hall bath holds a vanity, tub/shower. Venture upstairs to the second living room/loft area. The large sleeper sofa couch and matching armchair are made for relaxing and reading a book or watching movies on the TV.
The first guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of a Queen bed, nightstand, closet, and wall-mounted TV. This bedroom shares a passthrough bathroom with the living area consisting of a vanity and a large shower with a glass door. The laundry room is tucked in the hallway with a full-size washer and dryer for use during your stay.
The third bedroom (BR3) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstands, a closet, and access to the back balcony overlooking a pond.
The fourth bedroom (BR4) is complete with two Twin beds, a closet, a nightstand, wall-mounted TV, and access to the balcony.
These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower.

We had a great time and very comfortable beds. I think it could be cleaner but our overall stay was amazing and friendly.

A woman came to the door shortly after we checked in. She asked if everything was clean. I told her the grill was dirty. She took a photo and said someone would come and clean it. No one did. The garage door opener quit working while my car was inside. Our AC stopped working during our second night. All this made a stressful stay.

The condo is much smaller than it appears, kitchen is more of a kitchenette thaw a full kitchen, the decor needs a uplifting, WE HAD A HUGH PROBLEM WITH Roaches, i call the off manager they said they sent someone out, but not sure, they were on the cabinets so bad we kept our food on the table, the bedrooms are so small it was hard for placement of our luggage, due to the roach problem we had to wash the dishes before we could use them, and there were only two kitchen towels for five nights I felt that they could do a little bit better, I am a property owner myself in a different town I’m not picky so I understand but I did want my stay to nice for my family for the price
