With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this inviting coastal retreat is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing Port Aransas vacation.
Located within the premier Aransas Princess resort, guests enjoy two resort-style swimming pools, including one seasonally heated pool with an adjoining hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, cornhole, private beach access via the boardwalk, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a 24-hour front desk. Conveniently located in Port Aransas` golf cart-friendly area, you`re just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, fishing, and island attractions.
The bright and welcoming living area offers comfortable seating and opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking Gulf views, refreshing sea breezes, and unforgettable sunrises. Whether you`re sipping your morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the beach, the balcony is the perfect place to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining area provides a comfortable gathering place for family and friends. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer visits.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite: Two queen beds
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-twin bunk bed
Whether you`re spending the day on the beach, relaxing by the pool, or exploring Port Aransas by golf cart, Aransas Princess #608 offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beautiful Gulf views.
Parking: This unit includes one reserved garage parking space, with additional outdoor guest parking available as permitted.
Please Note:
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and is strictly enforced.
A 3-night minimum stay is required for select summer holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day weekends.
Pool and beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own, as bath towels supplied in the condo are for indoor use only.
• Must be 25+ to book & check in (valid ID required)
• Booking guest must be present at check-in (no exceptions without prior approval)
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No smoking of any kind, including on balconies
• No pets allowed
• Parking permits are required for all vehicles
• Wristbands required for use of amenities
• Follow all pool & property rules (no glass allowed in pool areas)
• Use designated beach access and rinse off sand before returning
• Return keys to the front desk at check-out (lost/unreturned keys will be charged a $35 fee)
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

The property is everything you want. Right on the beach with balcony views and the sound of the waves. The room was very comfortable and attractive. The garage is a little dark and scary but protected from weather. The pools are great. The only problem was a resident that was rude and confrontational because we were unloading a handicapped person and he didn't want to go around. The desk clerk was very helpful.
All around lovely place to stay.

Great property very old fashion! Think grandmas deco! Nice and clean! No WiFi, contacted manager she answer first call, then Stopped answering the phone! Disappointing with 2 pre teens no WiFi! Floor on the balcony in breaking up need to wear shoes on balcony! Great views, beautiful beach!
