It's simple but it does a great job.
It's located in a convenient place, next to food and the train station.
The staff seemed to be easy going, although discreet.
Its proximity with the train station, the street in one room and the izakaya place next to it can be a bit noisy.
Also, as typical Japanese-style bedrooms, walls are thin, so hopefully the other tenants are quiet as well :)
