- Spacious room - The room and the common spaces (toilets, kitchen) were very clean - Walking distance to the train and bus station of Kii Tanabe, with supermarkets/restaurants nearby
- There is a pub/restaurant on the ground floor, so there might be a bit of noise (people talking, but not very loudly) until around 11pm.

The facilities were great. Super location. Really friendly and helpful owners. Lovely atmosphere in bar downstairs and chance to relax and mix with locals.
