Comfortable house to relax for a few days

Big house, lovely terrace with a yard. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable.

The house has 2 bathrooms, the shower was broken in one of the bathrooms. The owner came the next day to sort it out. The toilets were not cleaned properly

It’s a pretty sad to have a very nice Villa shich needs a lot of attention as the interior needs investment.

Villa has nice small garden , with seating outsited

When we arrived to the Villa, inside was ridiculous cold!We would expect from the owner to prepare Villa properly however we received feedback that heating can be only 8:00pm. Sleeping in jumper with long leaves during the Eastern was not exactly what would I expect tho! Even you can read in description 2 bathroom, the jacuzzi is pretty old with really difficult usage, the 2nd Bath was broken . if you want to relax, get ready to wake up pretty early as the owner was banging into the wall since 7:00 am. Apparently the feedback telling us - “sorry there was suddenly accident” sounds funny- either owner used camera or was with us all night in Villa without letting us know. Either way all is about communication , so no issue to let us know beforehand.

Good enough for short stays with family

The Villa is sufficient for a family with two bed rooms, a child room, a kitchen and 2 bath rooms. The Location is in residence place with an option of shared public parking. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal cooking and a dining for a family. The host is friendly (he lives sometimes in lower-floor of the Villa) and takes care for any possible needs. COVID-19 sanitizations were fairly applied!

Some things in bathroom & kitchen could be old and require renovation. It is not newly furnished bath/ WC. The WiFi did not work during our stay. It is better to make your own arrangement if its important for the stay.

Great stay in Desenzano

LOCATION Very convenient location, close to the highway and train station. At the same time, 20/30 mins by foot from the Desenzano town centre. Free car park available next to the house. HOUSE The house is quite big, with plenty of space and really nice & cozy covered terrace where you can relax in the evening. You can also have barbecues. The property was well maintained and clean, with A/Cs covering the full house. HOST The host was super available and pleasant. Even when we had a small issue, he immediately came overnight to resolve. Excellent value for money. Will come back here for my future stays in Desenzano.

Großzügiger komplett eingezäunter Garten ideal für Urlaub mit Hund

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Haus sauber zu halten (kein Besen, kein Staubsauger oder Wischer) Garten Tisch und Stühle sehr wackelig die Liegen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Hängematte morsch!Küchenausstattung sehr sparsam! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen, obwohl in der Hausbeschreibung eine Waschmaschine aufgeführt ist !

Cómoda estancia en Desenzano

Casa unifamiliar con una estupenda terraza y un pequeño jardín. Muy amplia y bien equipada. Buena ubicación, en zona residencial tranquila, aunque algo retirada del centro del pueblo, se necesita coche, o caminar 20 minutos (ningún problema). Giulio y Lorena, los propietarios, encantadores y dispuestos para ayudar en lo que necesites.

المكان عباره عن فيلا دورين فوق 3 غرف نوم وحمامين وتحت صاله ومطبخ ودورة مياه وحده وحديقه جميله وفيه مرافق شواء المكان نظيييف ومرتب ومتعوب عليه فعلا ووسيع وفيه مواقف سيارات مجانيه قريبه المنطقه آمنه وتصلح للعوائل وفيه مكيفات سبيلت في كل غرفه المضيف لطيف ومتعاون وكان موجود عالوقت اللي حددناه وجاب معاه مترجم وشرح كل شي فعلا اقامه جميله ولو رجعنا للمكان بيكون هذا خيارنا الاول
