Good location close to beach, train station, bars, shops and restaurants. Good kitchen facilities - cutlery, pots and pans etc. Washing machine works well. Two toilets Beds were fine Management responsive to communication and very clear directions for check in provided
Place needs to be painted. Grouting in shower requires cleaning, as do floors. There is a clothes rack for drying but nothing dries in the apartment Leak in separate toilet room. We informed management but they were already aware of it. We were asked to pay double the city tax payable due to a system error.

The apartment is very nice, new and well decorated! Clean, very near to the sea and the host very frindly and available!
Some internal walls very thin! :) And there is the train very near, but the noise is acceptable! But apart from this all perfect!

Superb
Perfect location to have a walk in the city center or by the sea. If you are travelling by car, plenty of parking places right next to the property. The property is spotless clean and the owner is easily reachable by phone and very responsive.
In case of a longer stay one might be bothered by the train passing right next to the building. The property is suitable for a bigger group if you are travelling with family (kids), otherwise you might feel as lacking intimacy.

Super nice apartment, well positioned. Modern, clean, cozy. Climazation is extremely comfortable. Recommended!
The car park is far away, but anyway travelling by car in Rapallo is crazy, so people usually park and then move by foot or public transport. The place was very clean, but for plates, forks, and glasses, that we had to wash before use.

Zentrum war ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg.
Wohnung war nicht richtig sauber. In dem Bettwäsche und Bad war überall Haaren. Wohnung war sehr kalt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. TV funktioniert auch nicht. Parkplatz weit weg von der Wohnung.
