Overall it was good, with minor inconveniences

Stayed here with my partner. It was great location, very big space, and the elevator was definitely a plus for hauling up luggage to the 5th floor. The deadbolt locks on the door were nice as well to feel safe. Good location for doing day trips around to La Spezia and Portofino etc

No wifi at this house is not ideal. But we managed. The washing machine left our clothes soaked and there was no spin or drain function so they had to lay out to dry for 2 days. Ended up smelling badly because they couldn’t dry right away.

There was no WiFi at all. The bed was not that clean. The pillows were so hard. No duvet. The glasses were not clean well. You can see the lips stick still stuck on them.

La posizione è gli spazi interni ci sarebbero da migliorare alcune cose La luce all' ingresso non funziona così il telecomando della TV la lavatrice non centrifuga bene e le porte della doccia si aprono l ' acqua esce, bisogna fare attenzione..

Im allgemeinen hat es für mich gut gepasst und war angenehm.

Die Lage war gut, konnte auch gut zu Fuss vieles relativ zügig erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich nahe am den Bahngleisen wo man die Züge gut fahren hören konnte. Kann der Vermieter nicht viel dafür.

Katastrophal nie wieder eine solch eingebildete Verwaltung namend Portofino Vacances

Die Waschmaschine, Kaffepulver war vorhanden

Die Klimaanlage ging nicht und dies bei 31Grad , unmittelbar neben drm Haus die Bahngeleise mit viel Zugverkehr, der Aufzug wie aus den 40igern eng und klein, es hatte keine Infos aufliegen, harte Matrazen, laute Nachbarn, auf dem Balkon nicht mal einen Tisch, der ausgeschriebene Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden…Der Schlüsselcode wurde geändert ohne uns zu informieren…

Rapallo veramente molto carina. Ci sono tutti i sevizi. Stra comoda per visitare Portofino. La rifarei? Assolutamente sì

Ottima location, vicina al mare e al centro storico. Il parcheggio privato è top per lasciare l'auto ferma lì e girare con i mezzi o con il traghetto per raggiungere Portofino o altro. Appartamento pulito

Materasso troppo rigido per i miei gusti. Non c'è l'wifi. Poco visibile l'appartamento da trovare, indicano il bollino blu, ma praticamente non si vede, nemmeno sul lucchetto per prendere la chiave.

Qualche giornata di mare in pieno inverno.

Alloggio ordinario, nel complesso ben organizzato, in posizione molto prossima al centro e alla stazione, tutti raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.

Arrivando nel mese di febbraio abbiamo trovato l'alloggio freddo per cui ci è voluto un giorno per riscaldare l'alloggio.
