I liked that they were extremely accommodating even on short notice. The staff were friendly and available to help, they internet was fast and reliable, they cleaned the rooms every other day with no disruption/bother for me.
I don't think there's anything I didn't like, I guess just a suggestion... I wish the water dispenser had cold water, but to be honest it didn't affect anything in regards to my stay.

It was really nice and clean. They also had good steady Wi-Fi which was important for me. They also come and clean your room each day which I'd really nice as well. The staff are really friendly. Also easy to get around by bike or walk. Also laundry service right near entrance of the road.
The aircon wasn't really working and kept turning on and off. Also we kept having issues with the shower drain. They tried fixing it but the shower drained better but still not great honestly. It was fine dealing with while we stayed but yeah that was issue.
