1.Nice location. It is near by the most popular area.
2.the host is really kind and we do self check-in easily.
However,there is two bedrooms and one living room.
The bedroom I slept,there was a sound from the socket of AC.
That sounds kept buzzling whole night.
It was really bothered me because I barely fell a sleep.
And the living room does not have AC.
we need to open two AC in bedrooms for living room.
it took a little time.
I know Host show some step to download internet TV,but I still suggest maybe put a screen on living room.
Living room with sound would be better.
Not have a really bath tub.

Very convenient location to subway, supermarket and convenience store. We visited Osaka castle, Nanba, Tsuten kaku and further 1day trip to Kyoto and Kobe from there. Premise is not new but I think all the effort was done to make visitors comfortable.

Great location, quiet and not far from all the action. Izumi was a great host and went out of her way. Beds were comfy and it was perfect.
