Everything was great - the apartment was very clean and the owner very helpful! Moreover, breakfast and coffee was provided. Our stay was very comfortable and satisfactory.
We had a difficulty with the elevator - it was very small, slow and hand-operated. I didn't mind taking the stairs, but it was on 3rd floor and I had a baby to carry, so that was a bit tiring... I think it should be mentioned that the elevator is not a modern one, because I booked the room based on the fact that there was an elevator.

In centro a Macerata la casa di Oliva è a tutti gli effetti un mini appartamento completo di camera, cucina e bagno. Ci ha accolto il marito di Oliva con le chiavi e ci ha permesso di metter al sicuro le biciclette all'interno del palazzo. Ci ha anche dato dei consigli su alcune trattorie tipiche dove cenare. La comunicazione è stata precisa e puntuale.

Our main challenge was the location for the purpose of our visit to go to the opera at the Spheristorio, which proved to be at the other end of town and a not insignificant walk there and back. The apartment was pleasant, well furnished but bathroom low for tall man.
The lift is rather uncertain if you are not s regular user so it is worth understanding the apartment is on the third floor.
