About this house rental
Detached house, in the center, near the Sferisterio, on three levels. Living room / kitchen on the ground floor; on the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom; on the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an exclusive external bathroom. Completely restored, we wanted to maintain the typicality of the original style, thus guaranteeing the characteristic of the houses of the Marchigiani villages. Its position makes it privileged to reach any site

Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes Stadthäuschen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Lage sehr zentral, aber trotzdem leise. Auch Dank der Klimaanlage ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Vor unserer Anreise hat Manola, die sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist, uns gute Hinweise für Restaurants gegeben und diese auch für uns reserviert (an Freitagen und Samstagen sehr wichtig). Falls wir mal wieder nach Macerata in die Oper gehen (sehr empfehlenswert) werden wir gerne dort wieder übernachten.

Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Marken ist Macerata ideal. Wir haben viel Neues kennen gelernt und hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht.
Die Vermieterin Manola war sehr nett, hilfreich und aufgeschlossen. Das Haus mit seinen Zimmern entspricht den Werbefotos. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder anmieten.

We loved our stay at Manola’s. The location is great—just minutes outside of the old city wall, and minutes from the parking garage where you can park for 3 euros per day. The house is very well-equipped, and Manola is super nice and helpful. We didn’t know how to operate the microwave as a toaster, and she promptly brought us a brand new toaster, which was very much appreciated. Macerata is a great city to visit, as well as a good base from which to explore nearby sights.
