Made my own breakfast with food from the gastronomia up the steps and across the street. The location for the sferisterio is fantastic-a 2 minute walk. Wonderful osterias and trattorias very close. Manola is one of the most gracious hosts we have ever encountered-sweet, accomodating, helpful and kind. She has obviously spent a lot of time in fixing up this quaint tiny 3 level home into a great place to be. Linens, towels and little touches making it feel very cozy.
It is rather small and three levels so one has to negotiate the stairs and be prepared to feel 'squeezed.'

Grazioso appartamento ristrutturato con cura nei particolari, ad un passo dal centro e vicino ad un parcheggio.
Appena arrivati l’odore di umido, ma fatto arieggiare e acceso il deumidificatore il problema si è risolto.

Casetta ai margini del centro storico di Macerata, la casa si sviluppa su tre piani, al piano terra la cucina, al primo camera e bagno, al secondo altra camera e bagno. Molto pulita e ben tenuta. In pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro.
Il parcheggio non è comodissimo, la cucina odorava un po' di umido ma facendo areare il problema si risolve ed è presente un deumidificatore.

la posizione è ottima, a due passi dallo sferisterio e dal centro. L'host veramente cordiale e attento. La stanza ben arredata e dotata di tutti gli optional necessari.
Unico appunto, avrei voluto trovare qualche bottiglietta di acqua.
