Fantastic view! It’s hard for photos to do it justice. Overall the apartment was very comfortable, with strong air conditioning which was necessary as we visited during a heat wave. Location is convenient for getting around Macerata. A nice functional space that had everything we needed. Despite being near a larger street, the apartment was very quiet. Overall we have no complaints whatsoever and would gladly stay again!
I would suggest this apartment more for couples like us than for larger groups. By American standards this would be considered a studio, which was not at all an issue for the two of us. The air conditioning blows in the main bedroom and kitchen, separated by a door from the bathroom and hallway. If someone were sleeping on the extra bed in the hallway, it would have been much warmer than in the bedroom.
