It was a little difficult as we did not know which button on the intercom to press to get the attention of our host. Luckily he was home and he let us in and gave us the keys and all the necessary instructions.
It was more than adequate for our needs. It was resonably close walking distance to a supermarket and the room was very quiet with no road noise.
Water was backing up into the shower when using the shower.
There was often a septic smell after coming back to the apartment after it was closed up for few hours.

Very good location in quiet residential area with a courtyard in a detached house.
The apartment is light and spacious, newly renovated and fully equipped.
Hosts are very kind and solve any problem very promptly.
The mattresses are new but quite hard, I would suggest to put toppers on, nevertheless this could be a personal taste.
A minor problem was limiting the use of the second, smaller room.
A little bit pricey, also comparing with good hotels with breakfast in the area in the same week.
