Loved how close it was to Semuc Champey and the staff was courteous and kept the facilities very clean

You can’t fault the location - just a 3 minute walk to the entrance of Semuc champey! When we arrived, they had no record of our booking and tried to put us in an empty multi person dorm room for the same price. They eventually allowed us to stay in a private room with private bathroom. The staff were lovely though and tried to help. Just a heads up - there’s no hot water and there is only power between 12-1pm and 6pm-10pm which we weren’t informed about until after booking. But if you just want to wake up by sumac champey and no have to deal with shuttles and tuk tuks this is the perfect place to be relax

No hot water and they tried to give me a different room until I said that I'd leave. Aside from that, it's a fun atmosphere and close to the national park
