Good stay. Great view of the jungle. Chill vibes. The room was very spacious with private bathroom. Great restaurant & bar in the hotel. Pool was delish always. Staff is lovely. They were very helpful in booking travel arrangements. Location worked for us since we wanted to be closer to the town- 20min tuk tuk to semuc, very easy.
Our room was room #11 and we lost power everyday of our stay. Sometimes it happened in the middle of the night which was very uncomfortable.

Great pool and cocktail bar 🍹, quiet location just outside Lanquin 👌 Very helpful staff 👍
If you wanted hot water you had to have your shower at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. 🤦♂️

good breakfast, beautiful view from the terrace, close to Semuc Champey
not very comfortable rooms, the bathroom had a constantly leaking shower, the restaurant staff was rude: especially the young girl with a permanently offended face, no willingness to communicate - no one speaks English :(
