La Estancia

The property was lovely and located conveniently to be able to get a 4x4 to Semuc Champey. It was a comfy room and was well kept. The boy that helped us was so kind and even gave us Tamales on our first night. He really made our stay.

Our first morning we awoke to see ants in our room (to be expected being in the jungle). This was rectified immediately and we were moved into a new room. My only small niggles were the low water pressure and the curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom - these are completely minor and easily does not ruin the stay in one bit.

Het bed was prima. Aan de voorkant een kamer gevraagd omdat je daar kan zitten voor je kamer. De achterkamers zijn donker en in een gang. Wel schoon.

De werknemers waren nooit vriendelijk. Geen lach kon eraf. Niet vriendelijk ontvangen en moest contant betalen bij aankomst, echter het wisselgeld bleef uit. Op vertrekdag kon ik iets terugkrijgen en zeiden ze ook nog dat het toch niet zo veel was? Ik had het ook als fooi kunnen laten maar de klantvriendelijkheid was nul. Er staat bij Booking dat je met CC kunt betalen maar dat kan dus niet. De douche is alleen koud water.
