They would not serve us breakfast. We had to show our room key to prove we were staying there.

Great first stay in Sedona with our pup.

The dog park and dog friendly property in general was accommodating to our pup, Charlie. Hotel was updated. Outside our room at night there was a water feature that lulled me to sleep! They had a steamer for clothing. Nice extra touches you don’t normally find. Also soaps and shampoo was nice! Need to find the brand for home!

We got in late. Wish the food stayed open a little later. That’s all though.

Disappointing, embarrassing, and absolutely not worth the price

Definitely not worth the money. We were treated in an embarrassing and discriminatory manner despite traveling with a service dog. We were removed from the dining area and served breakfast next to the reception desk. The breakfast was disgraceful, and the overall experience was unacceptable for the price.

We drove from Canada to Mexico with our two dogs and this was by far our favorite hotel.

We loved the rooms, the off leach dog park was beautiful & convenient for traveling with our dogs. The restaurant attached was perfect and staff were all very friendly. Highly recommended!

Lovely relaxing stay in Sedona

Great breakfast. We had heard complaints about the service but they have fixed that issue and everyone was very kind and attentive. It’s not free but it was good quality and very reasonable. The studio room is huge and had more than enough space for us. The view of the red rocks from the balcony was amazing. Very pretty grounds and the location in West Sedona is close to all the trails you on this side of town.

Our room faced the main road in town and there was more road noise than we would have liked for Sedona. It’s only one building close to the road so it is probably only the studio rooms that have this problem.

Great storage in the room and places to put our “stuff”.

Breakfast service was slow. Only one woman to handle everyone - she was training a new employee that morning. It’s not a self-serve buffet type of set-up.

It was clean and close to many locations.

Breakfast was $5.95 cheap unheated. Limited choice. Staff had to accept the reaction from customers. Pooor them having to deal with the cheap breakfast enforced by their bosses. And we forgot a charger in the room only to find that a couple hours later (room isn’t even open for another customer just yet) they could notice it. Oops you’ve got an employee who steals on the job.

Great resort close to everything in Sedona!

Great option to be near everything in Sedona. The room was great, from the decor and facilities, to the little additional touches. Also love the Malin & Goetze bathroom products! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included gives you the option of either continental, or to put the amount towards something from their a la carte breakfast menu!

Nice hotel, clean good size room and toiletries were good quality, not cheap soap, I personally hate that..

The ironing steamer, some of us just like the standard ironing. Breakfast was funky too, chocolate muffin loaded with sugar, banana and yogurt. You'll end up paying a good breakfast outside anyways.

Great option for Sedona and Oak Creek exploration

Our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast included with the room was tasty. The room decor was contemporary and attractive. Loved the oversize sink with dish soap and a sponge for dishes.

It was a 25 minute drive to our hike in Oak Creek Canyon, but the rate would've been much higher had it been closer

It was all around very comfortable and nice that we could bring our dog to a hotel that was pleasant and friendly.

It was convenient and dog friendly. The dog area was perfect and well maintained.

The air in the bedroom would not kick on at night and the room could use a ceiling fan.

This is a terrific dog friendly facility! The pet park is so beautiful and the dogs and owners love it - so tranquil!

They “include” breakfast but it’s a cup of coffee and a muffin or croissant and you can only eat it in their main building. Lots of rules for what you would think would be more options and flexible. You get a small discount ($5.95) if you want a real breakfast.

Excellent hotel/motel

Great hotel, newly refurbished. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free complimentary breakfast consisting of coffee, croissant, yogurt and banana. If you want something more substantial you can use the value ($5.95) towards something else Didn't use the pool as we were out hiking most days but it looked clean. Only issue was the AC unit was quite loud and just burst into action in the middle of the night. Other than that no noise from other rooms or the streets nearby. Obviously prices change but if I had to pay $160-170 a night here I'd be happy .

AC unit as above TV was not a smart TV. Some.nights after hiking 9/10 miles all we wanted to do was have a hot shower and watch a bit of TV before sleeping. TV had limited channels and no streaming function

Everything. Room was organized very efficiently, had everything we needed. Staff was nice and room was clean and modern. Exceed expectation.

Not really anything. If i have to say one thing is the faucet sticks out a bit too far, so the water splashes outside the sink sometimes.
