Perfect vacation full of great experiences and amazing views.

The hotel have amazing view absolutely incredible, great location and absolutely amazing and modern rooms.

My only issue was the parking fee that we didn’t know it was not free to the hotel guests and from my opinion $36 per night is a little bit too much.

If you get a mid floor with view.. you only get a view of the building in front of you… so don’t waste your money on a mid level. We were room 222. $39 for SELF parking is insane..

Parking was SO expensive in a place that has so many parking options.. ridiculous. So many stairs to get to room with no help from staff Breakfast not included which is ok, but for this rate we do expect to get at least coffee in the lobby.

Doors on the 1st floor are so heavy to keep open try to load luggage! there is no hook to keep it open to load luggage and why do you have to street park to load should be another way.....otherwise we love the property 100%

The property was dated, 3 stories with no elevators, giant roach in my room, outdoor cushions were filthy, pool and hot tub water looks gray, passive aggressive, rude bartender, everything overpriced and NO CASH accepted

Share balcony, curtains kept falling off, door broke and we couldn't get into the room, have to pay to park. For the money spent i definitely could have stayed somewhere better.

the location in Sedona is convenient and the view from the common terraces is nice. the parking is large and the structure of the hotel arranged in terraces gives privacy.

breakfast is poor. the pool is facing the parking lot. the AC in the bedroom is very noisy and there are many annoying flashing light from smoke detectors etc. they organize many activities, I tried the yoga class which was nice but held on a terrace exposed to the sun so really not a convenient location in front of other rooms entrance.

Beautiful views and close to all.

The views as soon as you opened the door to your room was unparalleled. Jaw dropping. We loved that it was a 5 minute drive from all the things we wanted to visit.

Wouldn't go again

The location was beautiful. The staff was rude. I had issues with the reservation showing up and the gentleman basically told me to buzz off. The hotel is run down. Chipped paint and nasty fence around the pool

The ideal stay—convenient, comfortable, and cost-friendly*

Staff was friendly and accommodating! The location was prime for the length of our stay—in the middle between downtown Sedona and West Sedona! The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The venue itself was gorgeous — the lobby had a seating area with a beautiful view.

The patio isn’t extremely private as it is shared with the entire floor, but the other guests are mindful/respectful of your privacy and space.

Visually amazing....... my stay was deplorable

The view was amazing

The first room had moldy ceilings and a leaking bathroom sink. Eventually, I demand a new room assignment. When I reported the incident to the management, they never apologized or offered any incentives to compensate for these issues. During my second room assignment, housekeeping did not clean my room daily and it had a backed-up toilet

great views from the room patio, and the main lobby patio. The room was nice, somewhat dated, but was OK. Breakfast we did not have at the hotel, but they always had coffee and some type of fruit water in the lobby, for transport we drove ourselves sometimes, and also used the hotel shuttle service which was a nice alternative if you did not want to drive.

downside was there was construction going on at the hotel while we were there, but it was not bad

Great location! Avoid the breakfast.

The location and views were AMAZING! Close to many epic views. The pool and hot tub was so great to have at the end of a long hot day hiking.

The breakfast was horrible, especially considering the price. After ordering and then seeing others food come out and hearing lots of others complain we cancelled our food and went elsewhere to eat. The property did outdated/run down. Renovations were starting while we were there. Can’t wait to see the end result once complete!
