Everything was great during my stay. The property was easy to find and conveniently located in the old town, about a 20–25 minute walk from the central station. The bed was comfortable and a small espresso machine and coffee was available in the room as well as a kettle and tea. I also really appreciated the sweet treats upon arrival. The host, Rita, was very kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay in Bari! Seamless check in, an incredibly kind and helpful owner, and a very cosy studio that had everything needed for a comfortable short trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the beauty, food, and atmosphere of Bari on foot. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Everything was just fine. I read some of the comments from Westerners :), so a small funny note for some fellow travellers: please don’t come to Bari expecting an American style breakfast buffet 😄 You’re in Puglia enjoy the espresso, fresh pastry, the local vibe, and don’t overthink it.

There were so many things about B & B Galina I loved. Rita, our osts was totally awesome. Friendly, vibrant and willing to accommodate in a flash. I keep a very clean home, however, when traveling I don't expect the same standards. Having said that our accommodation was immaculate. Everything as so clean it stood out. The bed and linens were comfy, and there were even pastries, cakes, and coffee left for us in our room. The fun part. Google Maps got a tad confused, or maybe it was me. Lol. I left my partner by a piazza while I searched the incredibly beautiful alleyways and narrow streets. I got myself lost and found myself laughing out loud in front of a group of boys playing football in their courtyard. Crazy woman! Long story short, I was in the right place, walked by it a few times but my friend Google was lagging. Maybe it's the British accent I have programmed? I think I'll change it to Italian while I'm here. Lol.. We loved the location as it was so close to multiple restaurants, taxi pick up, a little piazza about 20 steps away with a cafe and butcher shop, lots of potted shrubs making it a little Oasis. It felt perfect! Bonus, we could use our wifi there so worked a bit very a nice pit of Earl Grey tea. I highly recommend B and B Gallina. Say hello to Rita for us.

Rita, the host is really helpful and communicative. The location is great for the old town and the port. It's a short walk from the railway station linking the airport

Bari has a lot of scooters and motorcycles, and although the old town is mainly pedestrian there are mopeds and scooters using the paved streets which can be noisy early in the morning.............. I guess that's a fact for all residences?
