Situación inmejorable en el centro histórico.

-Location was great, beds were comfortable.
-The black out blinds were also great.
-The host was very good with communication and was quick to answer questions.
-The host made sure that the second bed (sofa bed) was set up with blankets and pillows, as we requested. The sofa bed was really comfortable.
-Water pressure was very poor.
-There were a lot of steep stairs to the 3rd floor where we were at.
-There is smell (could be sulphur maybe) in the bathroom that we suspect was coming from the bidet.
-The breakfast location was difficult to find as it is not on the property, it was about 3 min walk away.

Location was great, room was bigger than expected and easily fit 3 people for one night.
The host responded quickly to check in on the key pad which was great! Then the code did not work later in the evening after dinner. I sent a video of the code not working through WhatsApp as they requested, but no response. Someone opened the door virtually (which was strange they never responded still through the chat). I would be concerned about being stuck out there if I stayed in the future.
