The location of the property was excellent.

We had specifically booked the apartment as it advertised a washing machine. On arrival we realised the washing machine didn’t work which was very frustrating as we had a laundromat next door to us in our previous accommodation and could have done our laundry before we arrived in Bari. We wasted half a day lugging our laundry to a laundromat. The owners response was… it’s broken.. sand from a previous guest. It was clear that it hadn’t been used in some time. Apart from that the accommodation was well positioned and plenty of shared kitchen facilities.

Beautiful quirky property, very clean. Based in the old town, very beautiful surroundings, this was our second stay here.

Great location, good value for money

The stairs and that it was difficult to find since there is no name or anything that indicates it's the right door.

We had great neighbors that helped us figure out how to contact the owner and help us get checked in.

The owner sent the letter with the key information to what’s up and we never received it. The washer did not work. The bedroom was on the 3rd floor since they start with 0. The stairway was extremely steep and narrow. It was very difficult to get our bags up. We were very disappointed in our stay.
