Casa Zia Cecchina

This was a lovely 1st floor apartment in the old town of Bari, very conveniently situation and we felt like we were living with local people. The owner was easy to communicate with and directions to the property were excellent. It was just a short walk to lovely restaurants and the sights of Bari. I would recommend this property for a short stay in Bari.

Nothing it was a lovely place to stay

Lovely modernised, old building with a lot of history, nicely decorated and comfortable and clean. Nice location in the old town among the locals. Great communication with the owner. Great benefit that we could leave our bags at Velo svs, which we did twice and we got velo to bring us to accommodation by rickshaw which was fun and they have connections to the owner so new the address.

Quite difficult to find for first timers but once found it's fun walking the alleyways. Very narrow steep stairs inside the house, not ideal for heavy luggage or restricted movement. Washing machine on top floor that doesn't work but doesn't indicate that. We had a lot of ants in the bathroom (we did report it as also the bedsheets didn't cover the mattress and water went off) but they sent someone out straight away...water may have been my fault as fiddled with the washing machine? So definitely need a sign that it doesn't work or remove it

Excellent location, peaceful and in a lovely area close to old Town. Apartment was small but perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!!

Nothing

We had great neighbors that helped us figure out how to contact the owner and help us get checked in.

The owner sent the letter with the key information to what’s up and we never received it. The washer did not work. The bedroom was on the 3rd floor since they start with 0. The stairway was extremely steep and narrow. It was very difficult to get our bags up. We were very disappointed in our stay.
