We had a very pleasant stay at Casara Bari. The host was extremely welcoming, helpful, and provided us with useful information about Bari and the surrounding area. We especially appreciated finding recommendations for places to visit already prepared in the room.
The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels, slippers, soap, and even earplugs available for guests. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary water upon arrival. After a long journey and arriving around 11 PM from the airport, that thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated.
The property is located in a safe residential neighborhood. It is about 30 minutes from the city center on foot, or easily accessible by bus lines 21 or 22, with tickets costing only €1 per trip. We reached the accommodation by train and then bus 22 because we were unfamiliar with local taxi services. Later we realized the host would have been happy to assist us with transportation information as well.
A nice touch was that coffee, muffins and pretzels were available at the accommodation throughout the stay.
The only downside was some street noise, as our room faced the road. However, the host had thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room, which helped significantly.
Overall, Casara offers excellent hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and great value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bari.

Stanza nuovissima, moderna e pulita; il bagno privato con lo scalda asciugamani e persino il phon con diffusore; il letto molto comodo; la cucina in comune con tè e caffè; proprietario davvero disponibile, gentile e ospitale. Consigliatissimo.
La posizione un po' periferica ma comunque collegata con mezzi pubblici.
